perhaps thats because goonies was filmed on location on the oregon coast, neer canon beach (haystack rock)

Nice, i went to canon beach to shoot haystack rock, loaded a roll of film, took 36 shots, then realized the film had broken off in the camera, the weather was perfect for the shoot, i was really let down.

i need to go back again.

I love the tree in this one. So many times when I picture landscapes in early morning, the trees are slender and black against the sky. It's a soft, peaceful shot, and it's nicely sharp and crisp. Excellent job.
